I am pretty flexible during the week. Weekend up pick up times are the same EVERY WEEKEND.

There are no pick ups on Sunday
Do you make special diet items?
Yes I do! I make a darn good gluten free cake. I can make many items gluten free, & dairy free.
I do not make any tree nut free items as I use almond extract in many of cakes and frostings.
It is important to note that I do not run an allergen free kitchen and this my products are not suitable for severe intolerances.
How far in advance should I order?
The sooner the better!! I am currently running around 1 week out but random weekends here and there can be booked out farther in advance.
I do my best to take as many orders as possible!
Lauren- what's your favorite flavor?
My carrot cake. hands down. Cream cheese frosting, my signature crunch filling, and homemade caramel. I could eat it every day.
But i am also a vanilla girl through and through.
and some days chocolate peanut butter just hits the spot.
So maybe I like all my cake flavors... 🤪
Do you have employees/ are you hiring?
I am the only baker and decorator at the moment but I have a few people that help out on the business end of things. You know, cuz emails.
Teamwork makes the dreamwork!
I am not currently hiring but I LOVE hearing from people that may interested in a job at Bakologie in the near future. Send me a message and let's connect
Where do you bake?
I am a home baker embodying that #workfromhome life. Its pretty sweet :)
What type of buttercream do you use?
I use American buttercream ONLY. Its sweet, its light, and its fluffy. The best classic buttercream made with lots of butter and powdered sugar. My vanilla buttercream does contain almond but DO NOT FREAK OUT. I know, I know people say they don't like almond but trust me I am a classy almond user. It's not overpowering and I think you'll like it. Plus it wouldn't taste as good without it :)
Nice words

The famous carrot cake
Okay.
You make a lot of great stuff, like everything you make is completely amazing, but this carrot cake is the bomb! By far the best thing I think I have ever eaten ever!
